Just made a delicious GREEN SMOOTHIE in hopes to kick of some better eating and exercise habits. In the past week I have also picked up some new sports; Golf and Squash, as well as my usual yoga. Hope to keep it up :}. Oh, and I decided to pull out the VERY OLD Tae Bo Cardio DVD this morning from 2004. It was good, better than nothing...but man, do they sweat a lot in those videos. Gross!
Enjoy the Green Smoothie! I know there are a million out there, but this one was Yummy!
1 1/2-2 cups fresh spinach (a few handfulls)
1/2 English Cucumber peeled and cut into a few pieces
two sticks of celery
two sticks of celery
1 cup fresh honeydew melon
1 cup frozen honeydew
3 large dollops of yogurt (any kind)
Pretty Tasty! Oh, and after I poured mine, I added a little bit of apple juice to some of the smoothie to see if Chase would drink it. He loved it! :)
Got to get those GREENS!!

Green Smoothie sounds fantastic! Just try adding chocolate instead of spinach, and caramel syrup instead of cucumber! And forget the celery!! :)
